    1. To each pound of ground beef add 1 egg, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 small diced onion, 1/2 bell pepper diced, 1/2 c chopped celery, 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tsp garlic salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mix well shape into loaf and bake 350 for 45 minutes. While baking mix 1 cup tomato sauce with 1/4 cup catsup 1/4 cup brown sugar pour over meatloaf after 45 min baking time let bake additional 15 min.

    1. Its super easy an you can add lots of goodies to make it your original. My familys favorite is to fill center with any grated cheese then mix crushed pineapple with 1/4 catsup and 1/4 cup brown sugar pour over top. Bake as normal. I have also used bacon in it, broccoli and cheese and many other add ins to take an ordinary meatloaf into something special
